Hello everyone, since Monday i have been experiencing really bad fatigue all day. My muscles ache and im just always tired. I havent changed my diet or anything and i have been getting enough sleep. However, also since monday ive been having trouble falling asleep and ending up just lying in bed. Today i felt so bad that i stayed home from school. This is so different than the usual energetic me, can anyone help?

Make sure you're eating quite a bit.

Are you sleeping ENOUGH or do you THINK you are. Try getting about 9 hours of sleep, going to bed at the SAME time every night. It'll help you fall asleep.

You also might be getting sick...

Age?
Supplements?
Does it feel like you may be coming down with something?

I've gone through a few periods that I feel like crap and can't fall asleep. If it persists for more than a week or two I would go see the doc.

Im only 17, i dont take any supplements other than a multivitamin and a Vitamin C daily, and i dont really feel sick. I dunno, i just got back from swimming and i feel alright. It seems at night i feel alright and during the day i feel like ****.

I slept alot more today probably more like 9 hours, however tomorrow i have to wake up at 5 for swimming

especially at your age, mono is always a possibility... but more likely your rhythms are just off. If going to bed & getting up at the same time every night for a week doesn't help, you should strongly consider seeing a doctor.
