fat in breast, but boney in ribs

hey..i'm wondering how to fix this...
i have always been a thin guy.. not overly thin, as when you see someone and think "wow, that is thin" but pretty thin none the lest...
i'm 21 now...for almost a year, i've starting getting fat in the breasts..but i remain really skinny in the ribs, and wrist... i have some fat in my stomach that is noticeble if i don't sit up straight..
i guess my metabolism isn't working for me anymore..

anyway, i want to lose the fat..especially in my breasts, cause that is embarrassing when my girlfriend teases me about it..but at the same time, i can't lose too much weight all over, because i would start to look sickly in places that i am still skinny...

i don't care about being real muscular..because its not part of my lifestyle...i just want to be normal..and healthy..

i know that alot of people here never reccomend things like running, pushups, and things...since they don't do very much for someone who is bulking and cutting...but are they good for someone like me?
any specific advice on getting rid of breast fat?

Spot reduction does not work for losing weight, you want to reduce your BF level.

Running works for people who want to cut, you have to do intense exercise for 20-30 minutes for the best effect.

If you want to lose the tits, lose the weight etc.. start doing a combination of cardio + decent diet. Start watching the carbs + fat you consume and start exercising one - two times per week. Increase the amount / intensity of exercise if you see no results.

Or pop into your gym and pump so heavy weights on the bench press - get some rock hard MAN tit's instead :)

TO THE GYM WE GO....

THE ONLY WAY TO NATURALLY GET RID OF THOSE MAN TITS IS TO HIT THE GYM....
A GOOD COMBINATION OF CARDIO AND INTENSE EXCERSISES SHOULD GET RID OF THEM......A GOOD DIET IS ALSO KEY TO RID THOSE TITS...TRY STAYING AWAY FROM CARBS AT NIGHT CAUSE THAT IS YOUR MAIN PROBLEM, THEY'RE NOT BEEN BURNT OFF AND ARE THE REASON FOR INCREASING YOUR CUP SIZE...!!!TRYING GETTING INTO A GYM TWICE A WEEK...TRY RUNNING FOR 3 15 MIN SESSIONS ON A TREADMILL AND DOING 25 SITUPS IN BETWEEN THESE SESIONS....GRADUALLY INCREASE YOUR NUMBER OF TIMES YOU VISIT THE GYM AND THE NUMBER OF SITUPS YOU DO INBETWEEN YOUR RUNNING SESSION SINCE YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN GAINING MUSCLE MASS.....I'VE TRIED THIS ROUTINE AND HAS BEEN EXTREMELY SUCCESFULL IN BURNING EXCESS FAT...!!!!
