same with me im so frustrated that i cant put weight on, no matte what i eat i dont gain no weight, i can eat for 2 hrs straight non stop, 30 mins later ill be back hungry again, im 6'2"-6'3" and at a 175 pounds, no matter what i eat i cant put weight on.

That site has all the information you need. But essentially what you need to do is:

1. Weight Train (Lift HEAVY)
2. Eat More Calories (good calories)
3. Eat more Protein
4. Eat more often ( 6 meals /day)
5. Eat More Fat (Non saturated)
6. Drink More Water
7. Take a Multi-Vitamin
8. Taek Antioxidants
9. Rest More often (V. important)
10. Be consistent

Creatine, Whey Protein, and Protein suppliments can help speed up the process.

Your body takes what is needs, and gets rid of the rest. It tries to stay small because a smaller body is easier to maintain. I know some programmers who sit all day, never do any sports, and wonder why they stay skinny while eating a lot of stuff. You have to force your body to put on mass. Food alone won't do that for many guys. You must challenge it by working physically or lifting weights.
If you are already working out, eating well and still don't put on the mass you want, take whey protein. That will help you.
