I've been contemplating deleting it for some time now. Since I rarely ever use it and for the most part the only use I get out of it is to upload pictures. I'm not sure. What do you guys think?

delete it. It wont stop the facebook drama thats going on but it will keep you out of it. I think thats the reason people(especially from what ive been seeing the past couple of days) are having so much problems now because of facebook. Your thoughts are supposed to be kept in your head, not on a website for everyone to see.

Yeah, I see your point. Seems to me like it could also make me seem more mysterious since I don't have one with all my info for people to see. I dunno.

think Mcfly, THINK! You control what you put on your profile so in that sense, you can divulge as much or as little as you chose. Most importantly, women can see your social proof without even trying. If you have a bunch of women posting crap on your wall, than they will ask whats up.

I actually have two Facebooks. One with my DJ alias (my middle name with my truncated last name) that I use to game chicks. And the other one with my actual name for family and friends. If you're good with computers, you can tailor it exactly so that certain people (or groups of people) either have or don't have access to things.

Like with texting, if you know what you're doing, Facebook can be powerful for this purpose:
The only time that you can milk FB [Facebook] friends for social proof is if you can go out with them and post pictures of you two having a blast. Works wonders for me. I have an HB9 out of town friend who I go out with when she's in town and take pics with. We're FB friends so we tag them and then proceed to use them as social proof. The next day people are texting/messaging me "Who's that chick? She's really cute." "I didn't know you guys were dating!" "So when are you gonna ask me out?" That's the power of social proof on FB."
