Facebook Account hacked. Help please

Hi,
My Facebook account keeps on getting hacked into. I've tried many different things..changing my password, e-mail intimation on login etc. Nothing seems to work. How is this still happening ? Any tips/ideas ? Thank You.

Go to www.comodo.com and install comodo internet security.

Make sure during setup you uncheck comodo dragon (that's their internet browser so its not needed unless you wana try it)

Once installed make sure to right click the taskbar icon and set everything to training mode.

Run a scan.

When the results come back... Fix it. It will give you options.
