I used to be really shy, and socially retarded.
I have improved much, I used to be too shy to look people in the eyes.
now I do it all the time, But....

I often get the situation that I make eyecontact with a girl, and I keep eyecontact, and so does she.
Does this mean anything, if she holds eyecontact? IOI? Or is she just thinking "wtf are u looking at?"
I try to smile, but I often forget or something lol.

Like today.. girl on bus.. I was getting out, and we made EC. She was sitting at the window. As I walked past the bus I looked at the window and we made EC again.. I don't get it

Eye contact is a potential IOI,

Its a definite way in to say hi to her. And ask her a question to start convo.

If she shows no interest at your introduction just pretend she doesnt exist and move on.

It seems some of you guys are trying to decide if a woman wants to marry you if she makes eye contact. IOI is interest for the next step, TALKING. If interest is still going in the initial talking you make plans to meet later. Done. Easy. Don't ask her for her phone number, make specific plans to do something together later.

Some of you don't know what to do with a girl that likes you besides sex.

I know EC is a possible IOI, but I just want to try to figure it out if it's a good thing to make EC alot..because sometimes I think they just think wtf is he looking at, and thats why they look back

If a girl is making eye contact be James Bond and make a date.

eye contact is better than nothing, that's the way I look at it. only way to investigate further is to talk to them.

there are a few types of girls i've noticed that have tripped me up in the past.

girls that are very hot or socially proven in a small community, university, schools, workplaces etc... will engage in a lot of eye contact. they usually have a certain degree of built in confidence at least on the surface so they don't mind looking at you as if to say, "so who are you?"...

girls that are attention wh0res will also make lots of eye contact, they are used to fishing for guys to give them attention.

so with that in mind, these girls can give off wrong messages at first, but the only way you know is to talk to em...
