Ok, I'm prepared for the gay accusations and diatribes for asking this, but has anyone ever had their eyebrows or eyelashes dyed or bought a specific dye for this?

The reason I ask is that I've noticed my eye brows and eyelashes showing some signs of greying.

(and no, mascara is not an option :))

Maybe you could wait a while until they really start coming through. Maybe it's just a real small spurt of rogue hair and you wont have anymore though for a while.

Personally, I dont even notice eye lashes. Only when they have make-up on and they're on a woman.

Maybe pluck the ones in your eye brows for a while, and dye them if you feel the need when the problem is more pronounced? :)

There used to be a product on the market called "Dark Eyes". It was made to be an eyelash/brow dye. Unfortunatly it also causes permanent blindness. Comercial hair dyes are WAY too harsh for lashes. DO NOT EVEN TRY IT!!!!!!! It's not worth the risk.

As for the brows...I dab it on with a Q-tip or a slim paintbrush. My brows & lashes are quite blond and are nearly invisible. Be VERY, VERY careful!

MY jaw dropped when I saw this. DUDE! i have a true story about this and its probably the worst thing I've ever done. A gay guy suggested that I go and get my eyebrows and eye lashes done to bring out my eyes :( biggest mistake ever. They came out incredibly GAY looking. My eyes stood out too much. I looked like a girl. When I came out the store i noticed EVERYONE lookin at me. I skipped work the next day for the first time ever and used one day out of my 3 day limit of taking off.(summer internship)
I wore sunglasses at home. I avoided my parents. It was the worst 2 WEEKS of my life.
All i can do is warn you to stay away from that ****. Or you can just hope that the dye wont make you look like a fag,

Thanks for the responses. I don't want to be blind or end up looking more gay than I apparently do already (according to a lot of people).

I'll take the advice that has been offered and continue with my sight and sexuality in tact. :)

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Consider their comments as jealousy ;)

Enjoy your natural eye-lashed quest, and go forth to pole many many women!
