eye contact problem

hey
I'm havin a really big problem with eye contact.
whenever I try to look a girl in the eyes I can't smile!
I tried everything. I tried to force myself, but I didn't smile too.
I also tried, when I'm makin eye contact, to think that she's my next victim and I will bang her but it didn't work either.

this only happens with the girls I don't know. Cuz I can smile to the girls I alredy know. But I want to be able to look at a girl's eyes in the street and smile.

I have an idea.

Well what I do is before im going to talk to a hottie I think about something funny in my head. like example I think of a movie I just watched. Then when I have a big smile I just look at her and boom I smiled. try this it works for me. also if you cant stand looking in her eyes look a little above her eyes. good luck.

but most of the times I just suddendly look in the eyes of a girl that's walkin on tha street. I have no time to think about those things...

Your never going to get anywhere if you throw out the advice you are given without giving it the old college try. Remember to get successful, you have to practice. Practice when your not in the situation.

This is a very base form of anchoring in NLP which you should research further. Do this exercise.

Think of something funny that you always laugh at or something that makes you happy.

Now make a trigger, it could be the word funny or anything. Practice pulling the trigger. Think of the word, then immediately think of the funny situation. Keep repeating this until it happens naturally.

Now next time your walking and see a HB, pull the trigger and you should smile. You have to make it a habbit.
