Hi, came across this exercise plan called the 5bx plan.

I personally like the look of it because it doesn't need any equipment and only takes 11 minutes.
A few questions I have are:
1. What sort of benefits can I expect to see from this exercise? Am I likely to build any muscles from it?
2. Is it worth pursuing either by itself or in combination with some other exercises?
It seems to me to be more cardio oriented rather than towards building muscles. However I'm a newbie to working out and so would really like if some1 can have a look at it and let me know what you guys think.
