I have been doing alot of bench presses, dumb bell flyes and Pec Machine but I am noticing that my Chest is expending more towards and is more circular and starting to look like a boob more then a hard flat pectorial muscle.

Are there any excercises to flatten that area and make it square like?? or should I increase protein intake and drop the carbs?

There aren't many directions to go man.

Keep/get your bodyfat under 12% and bench press once or twice a week for a while. Vary the angle of your bench press each week. Hit flat, decline and incline.

It sounds like you're just starting to focus on bench here, so I'm going to jump out on a limb and say what I think is happening:

You're just starting to work your chest so the muscles are expanding as the muscles fill with glycogen, which is a good thing. However you have some bodyfat on your chest, so that is being pushed out wards by the muscle, giving the appearance of man boobies :)

I have some chest fat right now too, I didn't back in June/July though, when my bodyfat was down around 11%.

As far as lowering body fat, that's another whole thread. Search through the stickies for one you think will help.

cheers mate

p.s. the shape of your pecs are genetic, and I'm guessing you have someone in mind who has a chest that you want. In all likelihood yours is different, so the only thing you can do is make your chest as appealing as possible. Again, the only way to achieve that is through a solid program, fat loss/maintenance, and time.

You have an imbalance of chest exercises. You need to put more emphasis on INCLINE bench press with dumbells. Otherwise, you're going to have moobs!

I think this is happening to me too. I've been working pecs from all angles, plus pushups, dips and ab roller help me work my chest. But I really notice this especially after doing dips.

dips should help your lower chest and triceps, giving your pecs more of an "angle."

I don't think I've ever had a problem with my chest "looking like tits", I guess the main problem for you is that you have too much fat there.

There's actually a condition that describes man boobs- gynecomastia :) google that?

Listen to the other guys- doing bench presses at different angles definately helps shape the pecs--Even though I'm getting more ripped now and my fat percentage is quite low, my pecs still can't look their best if I don't do different angles.

Not sure if this is your case, but make sure you build up your shoulders--it'll give you more stability during bench presses, meaning you'll be able to press heavier.
