Hello guys, I want to start off introducing myself.

I am about 5-7, Asian, 145-147 lb. I max on bench only about 165.

I try to lift more, become bigger and cut. I think my diet is not supportive.

I have no clue with diet though.

Now I'm eating bout 2-3 chicken, 2 tilapea, 10 eggs, and 1-2 scoops of protein

per day, but still not getting big. Weight stays the same, body looks mediocre,

and can't go up... Help please. thank you.

Not a very good first post dude...

We got better things to do than to make up a diet for you. By asking us to do all the work for you, you basically look like a lazy pu$$y ass dude who expects everything to be handed to him.

You're obviously computer literate enough to spill your guts on an internet teenage "how to pick up chics" forum, so why can't you look at the stickies at the top of this forum and fill the knowledge deficit that you have? There are people getting their entire degrees using the internet, and you're too phucking lazy to go out and learn anything on your own.

There's a plethora of information on the net about bodybuilding diets. Start by reading the stickies at the top of the forum. If you have any more questions, simply google them. We'll be happy to answer more specific questions about your diet and training, but you're not gonna get anywhere coming on here and expecting us to do all the work for you.

I agree instead of attacking you should be helping.

From your first post like fugly said its pretty bad....all you wrote was protein. The body needs alot more then that to grow bigger.

Since your not cutting and bulking it seems like you are trying to clean bulk with your choice of protein and no saying "Well I'm eating mcdonalds every day yet not growing."

The easiest thing to say is
More calories= the heavier you get
Less calories= the lighter you will get

So you want to gain weight then just eat more...IF your eating like a horse and scarfing down 3-4000 calories a day and STILL not gaining weight then you might be an ectomorph. These body types have a damn hard time to gain weight and you might need to read up on the body type because with those genetics its alot harder to gain weight let alone muscle.

I say increase the vegtables, protein and fats throughout the day ...you should NEVER feel hungry as well as drinking lots of water.

Thats all I can say without you saying what your workout routine is as well as a daily meal schedule and what you eat daily.

All protein and nothing else man. Your body needs a MAX of 250g of protein, unless you're a mass monsta, which you're not.
Case in point, I have a 33500 kilojoule a day metabolism, I eat probably 400g.
I also eat about 2 1/2 times that in carbs. Carbs are the energy which will put mass (including fat especially if you only lift iron) on your frame.
