So this girl for some reason, picks on everything I do. For every thing I do, she just has to have a counteraction, like she tries to bring my confidence down or something. Our first week together at the hospital (I'm a nursing student) we were on good terms then she just started acting like ***** out of nowhere. I don't know if she is **** testing or is just a legit *****, how do I go about this?

Unfortunately she is acting this way because she doesn't respect you and thinks you are weak. She's attempting to use you to show people at the hospital how good she is because she's better than you because again in her mind you are weak.
There are many ways you could handle this. Since you are in a professional environment you might try the "agree and amplify " approach. Next time she tells you you're doing something wrong tell her oh wow you look like an expert in that and then ask her some question about it that you don't think she will have an answer to and play like you really want to learn. But have a slightly sarcastic tone to your voice but not much. Just enough to where you're tone is telling her that you are on her game but your words are not. And be sure and mention that you're going to require her help next time you do such a thing. And that you know she will gladly assist you because she is so eager to help you learn more. Again all in a slightly sarcastic tone.

Ask her out - IT VERY IMPORTANT that you let her know you mean business and are not some friendzone schmuk. You waited for too long I think.
