My 2 years ltr is pretty unstable at the moment, I will save you the details, I'm unsure if I want to keep this girl, and probably the reason I do is our history, I feel like there might be some chance things will go back like they were. It feels like we might be unstable from her end too.

2 is to make a strong romantic bond, without rushing sex. She seems virgin honestly although I'm probably wrong, but it seems like this might be possible without getting all beta and AFC. Stuff like telling her she's adorable and kiss her cheek, get into some deep conversations, "being her daddy" (caring and helping when she has problems), but sometimes ignore her completely at work, showing her 0 feeling and attention, to make things unclear.
