Enhancing your jawline????

No, my jawline is fine, but, I'm curious. I read somewhere a while ago that a person can work their jaw muscles by chewing on some type of metal mouthpiece or something along those lines. Has anyone heard of this before?

That's just pure crap. Your jawline is determined by your jaw-bone. If it recedes, you will have a weak-ass chin no matter what you do. Working out your jaw muscles?? LOL. yea, ok.
I hardly think that one could exercise jaw tendons enough without resistance to make them grow sufficiently. Besides, with WHAT do you create resistance? A weight connected by string on a fishing hook, skewered to your cheek? :D Sorry, those of you with weak chins -- there's virtually no way.


The ONLY was for a strong jaw line to "appear" is if you have a strong jaw bone to begin with, but you're a phat phuck. When that double chin melts away after exercise, you will see a nice strong jawline 'appear'. Anyone else without that must resort to chin implants if they are that obssessed. :D

You can enhance your jaw line by gaining muscle. Pick up a bodybuilding magazine and try to find a bodybuilder who has a weak looking jawline. Being muscular and ripped will definitly increase your jaw line. If your over weight,losing weight chisel your chin. If your skinny gaining muscle will chisel your jawline.

The reason all the bodybuilders in the magazines have tremendous jaws is that they're on roids. A very muscular jaw is actually a great way of spotting a roid monkey. Now, burning fat and gaining muscle will help with your jawline somewhat, but don't think you're going to get like the guys in the magazines without some pharmaceuticals.

if you want it for looks i cant really help you, but i do something for boxing. the purpose of it is to strengthen the jaw and nech muscle muscle which in turn increases it in size a little at least.

wrap a rope to a dumbell and bite on the rope. while seated, lean forward and while biting the rope hard move your neck back and forth.

you can try jewing on a sh!t load of gum all day. there's always gum in my mouth anyway.
