I have absolutely no energy during the week but during the week I'm fine. Without energy, I am not in the mood to talk to women and its hurts morale being tired all the time. I keep the same hours as everyone else, but they seem energetic all of the time. If it is coffee they use, I don't want to be dependant on it. I work out. I eat right. Can anything else be done about being tired all of the time?

Ok, so during the week you have no energy. BUT ~ DURING the week you're fine.

It's called a typo. You made one too:

To steal from Void whole stole from a funny ass . . .
Seriously offer some constructive feedback instead of picking out grammar mistakes. This is a forum, not english 101.

Anyhow, I find that sleeping makes a big difference. Sometimes, if I sleep for like 2-3 hours, I'm wide awake, but then the "high" I am on fades away and I'm like nodding off and feeling a "wtf mate?" kinda thing.

However, I noticed on some weekends when I slept in and slept for like 12 hours I woke up and felt EVEN MORE sluggish. So you see, sleep might be your problem.

try to aim for 8 hours of sleep each night. keep your bed/wake-up time constant. if you feel too tired during the afternoon, take a nap, but max 40min.

Never try to read a woman's mind. It is a scary place. Ignore her confusing signals and mixed messages. Assume she is interested in you and act accordingly.

I'm gonna give you some Tony Robbins here, so listen closely.

Your energy levels are closely related toy your lymph.

Oxygenate your cells, and you'll automatically have more energy.

One way to do this is to drink lots of water. This will flush your body and clean out lymph. Letting oxygenated blood get to your cells much better.

But remember, you can't clean your your system by drowning it. So let your thirst dictate how much water your drink. Oh, and eat LOTS of water based foods like fruit and vegies. Their natural water cleans out your lymph wonderfully.

Another method of increasing energy levels is to breathe! At least three times a day, take 10 long breaths! Loooongg!

- Basically for every 1 count of breath intake time, hold for 4 and release for two. So if you inhale (through your nose) for 4 seconds, then hold for 16, and release over 8.

I GUARANTEE you that after 10 days your energy levels will just go off the charts!

And one more thing. I also learnt this from Tony Robbins.

As you're sitting there (please do exactly as I say): Sit up suddenly and PRETEND you're the most energetic person in the world. Sit, breathe, act as if your energy levels were bursting...

... Now... pretend you were bored and low on energy. Just droop back in your seat. Do everything slowly and without energy.

See? Now sit up again and PRETEND you have more energy than you ever had. Think, look around, read, whatever, as though the energy inside you was going to explode.

If you can understand this concept, you've got it made, dude.

We can artificicially create our own energy. If this is the most tiresome day in the world for you... just PRETEND for the next 5-10 minutes that it's the most awesome day every... and by LAW, it will have to be so within the next few minutes.

No, I'm not saying it could be... I'm saying that by the natural laws of the universe, the law of pretention has to work. :p

So yar... next time you feel tired... pretend you're not. And soon all will be good. :)

There... that was my rant for the day. :p

Yea, I need to watch grammar more closely. On weekends I have more energy. And yes, I also don't sleep very much. I get about 5-6 hours a night. I guess I'll wait until summer when schools out to get a girlfriend then. I wish I could have had a "high school sweetheart" to talk about when I'm old and decaying, but I guess I'll have to miss out on that. Instead, I got blue balled or pvssy whipped (I think that's what its called when a chick leads you on to think that she likes you and then goes out with some other guy). I hope there's a special place in hell prepared for woman like that...
