Hey guys,

I did some one armed rows 2 weeks ago and like 15 mins after that i got this terrible pain in my elbow joint.I dropped the routine and rested 2-3 days.5 days after that i tried doing bis/back once more and it seems rows and any pulling motion ****s up my elbow.Weird thing is the pain sets in about 10-15 mins after a pulling set and lasts for 2-3 hours after which im fine.

Any ideas?

Is in immflamation? I don't know too much about this, but I know fish oil helps (10-30 grams/day). I heard seal oil is even more effective if you can get your hands on it.

Sorry to revive this thread (better than making a new one eh?) but im having trouble with my elbow again. It got better about a month after that one arm row but last week i arm wrestled some guy (i won.. :p),no pain at the time but 2 days later it started again.
Now the real problem is i can't do anything with my right arm, pulling anything starts the pain again,swimming/playing tennis is even worse.

I'm gonna go visit a doctor within the next week but any help is GREATLY appreciated.
Symptoms: Whenever i pull or use my right arm i get a huge pain in my elbow joint,if i over-do it (eg swimming for 2-3 mins constantly or playing tennis for 10-15 mins) my arm starts getting numb from the elbow down.It takes 2-3 hours for the pain to fully subside.

Thanks in advance.
