for all the people thinking about tanning or going to tholidays :
IMO, u should go for the sun as much as possible

i read yesterday in a sports magazine that people going outdoors during the day have 30% more testosterone than other people who has the same activities (in terms of physical activites & nutrition) but indoors

Yeah, u read it well : 30 % rise in testosterone !!!

also noticed are : increase in libido, happier mood, need to be involved in physical activities, etc ... but i guess these are to be related to the testosterone increase

umm....i would be very reluctant to think a sports magazine would have good health info in it.

at the same time there are some known but inexplicable benefits to being in the sun for a bit.

its good to get out - but dont forget sun cancer. if you want a tan i say go w/ one in a bottle - when you understand how easy it is to get sun cancer trust me you'll wear sunblock more...

that said - definatly get out and get some fresh air - thats good for ya!

i'm a firm believer that sun helps maintain healthy skin, gives more energy, and makes your overall health go up. i always hated those sunblocks ever since i was a kid and i think they do more harm than good.

so yeah, get your pale ass out in the sun.

I look great tanned but everything credible I have read says how it causes premature ageing.

Sure it looks good in the short term but as you age you will look older than what you really are.

It's effectively burning your skin and causing damage to the cells.

A site you should read:

Hey!

I'm going to Thailand in the end of July.
Two weeks there planning to get tanned.

I haven't been getting much sun yet, so I'm pale.
Should I choose a strong sunblock at first and then reduce it or something?
