While I scrounge my money together to afford the deposit on a gym subscription so that I can begin the Rippletoe method in earnest, I'm looking for a good mass building excersise for my chest.
I have 40Kgs of weight in the form of 2 dumbells with weights which is ok for most of the isolation excercises I perform (just combine Rows with pullups, one after the other), I'm having some troubles with finding a good way of training said chest, for mass and strength I might add.
I've tried weighted, thumb crossed pressups and it worked reasonably well, but mounting the weight on my back is a big inconveinience, the same is true for weighted dips. I've found widening my grip on the dips makes things harder, but still too easy to perform on both a 5*5 and an 8*3 basis.
Any suggestions?
