ED commercials every ED (erectile dysfunction) commercial says seek immediate medical attention if your hard for more than four hours. This has me worried because I remember times when i had sex for four or five hours in a row, should i be concerned?

Were you taking ED medication at the time you were hard for 4+ hours? If so, and the erection isn't desired, then you should contact a doctor right then. The fact that it was weeks or even months ago means that you're just fine - even if you did in fact take Viagra.
