Is there anything physically that can happen if you don't eat enough?

yes. Your body will eat muscle, and you will lose weight. You can become unhealthy, and your immune system can go to hell. You'll eventually die of starvation ;)

Your bones will also weaken over time and eventually you'll hardly be able to support your own body (Assuming you dont get enough calcium).

hahaha... ohhh

well, I can tell you it kinda depends on what you eat in addition to how much you eat. If you eat very clean, as I did on my cutting diet, I didn't have bowel movements very often... maybe 1 time every 3 days or so... your body is just so intent on sucking out the nutrients from everything you eat, and it just can't get enough. It really packs everything together.

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

If you're trying to lose weight, dont worry about eating less, just eat more healthily. Feeling hungry after lunch? have a banana and an orange... feeling hungry some other time? do the same.

Also, if you've had a sensible amount to eat and feel hungry, try not to act on it. Or, drink water. A lot of the time, if feel hungry but you've had some stuff to eat, your body is just after some liquid.

If you dont eat enough, what the other guys said... your body eats itself... personally, I'd prefer that orange ;)

I'm essentially trying to stick to 3 meals a day. or 2 if i wake up late.

But what i'll have for breakfast is a bagel and some sausage.

For lunch, i've had salads.

For dinner: my mom generally makes healthy meals, i eat pretty small portions of what she served, and i'll eat a lot of vegetables.

I generally don't get hungry between meals, unless its like an hour before my next one. I generally get hungry late at night so i try not to eat.

I dunno i just keep having really watery and irregular "dumps". Plus my stomach and bowels like "rumble" a lot. I've always had problems with my stomach (pretty weak). But this is unusual. I didn't normally eat salads before, so i think the fiber might be reacting or something.

Any advice would be appreciated thanks.

Edit:
I guess i should eat more fruits to get more minerals cause the salads i eat i only get vitamins from the cherry tomatoes, and this cucumber, bell pepper, onion, mix.

Also, i take a daily vitamin, dunno if thats enough.

Alright off to the gym

All right dude, if you're working out, that diet is horrible. Your body is gonna totally eat itself up. Here's what you need to do.

Breakfast ~ 8:30: Bagel, sausage, glass of milk.

Snack ~10:30: tuna sandwich, or Half a peanut butter sandwich (no jelly)

Lunch ~ 12:30: That salad, throw on some chopped up egg, 1 or 2 eggs should do it, and a glass of milk.

Snack: some cottage cheese (1/2 cup) and an orange

Dinner: Healthy Dinner

That's super basic, and not really good, but it's way better than what you have right now.

I forgot to add i take some Whey protein before and after i work out. It seemed you were just adding things very high in protein and i get a lot from my shake.

I'm not up at 8:30, or 10:30  . Summer :D.

I'll try to add more protein in my diet. that seems what i'm missing.

not just the more protein... you need the meals... spaced out and throughout the day. Keeps your metabolism going, and keeps you energetic.

The recommended amount of fibre is 30g per day. the average american get just over 10g.

fibre helps with bowel movements. In the effort to eat healthier you've probably quickly increased your fibre. It'll give you gas and **** until your body gets used to it.

Happened to me, I had the worst gas for awhile.
