So this guy I know has been talking some ****, and we were inspired by the Nathan's contest to have a hot dog eating contest of our own. There's no way in hell that we'll be able to put away as many hot dogs as that little Japanese guy, but I still fully expect to kick this guy's ass. However, I can't discount this guy. He can definitely eat. I'm on a 3500-4000 calorie diet of almost all real food right now, but that's spread over six meals per day. This is going to be a one-sitting blow-out. So I beg you all...HOW DO I PREPARE FOR THIS?

I very seriously have to beat this guy down.

You're both idiots to be honest. Worst case scenario, you may get sick/throw up etc, and you may gain some fat. You couldn't of just fought each other?

Oh come on, lighten up. It's just for fun. We don't hate each other. Besides, if he throws up, that's terrific.

I think you should eat as many hot dogs as you can, and then kick each other’s as$ afterwards.

But seriously, that Japanese kid who ate 60 plus hot dogs…that’s brutal. He must have some kind of strange stomach control.

Prepare to feel like sh!t. Don’t eat more than 7... it just won’t be worth it.

I read somwhere that you should NEVER starve yourself prior to an eating contest and drink 1 gallon or more if you can of water the night before, just before you go to bet because it streches out your stomach.

Hope it helps.

Eating really large meals the couple days before the "duel" will stretch the stomach out a lot. I think water digests too fast to be as effective, but who knows?

I've seen a couple of documentaries on how he prepares for contests.
He'll eat up 25lbs of food in one sitting when he trains. It's how he stretches out his stomach.

I think he won some competition where he ate like 25lbs of cow brains or something like that.

He dips his hot dogs in water and doesn't chew much, as it tires you out.

I think he use to eat the buns and dogs separate...dunk the buns in water and bite and swallow the dogs.

The dude is like 5'6" tall. I think he use to be around 125lbs. Now he's like 160 or 170lbs.

I'm 175 pounds at 6'4". Skinny as hell, yes. But I can definitely handle my food. I'm thinking that large amounts of food and water that I'm eating/drinking under the Warboss (Doggcrap/intensemuscle.com) philosophy will give me an edge.
