I was read an article called "the 10 biggest myths in bodybuilding" or something written by a really succesful bodybuilder. All those things he called myths were things that are completely wrong (like spot reduction...muscle mass "turns" into fat when you stop working out, etc.). Among those myths was that you shouldnt eat before you go to bed cause itll make you fat (and the writer said that it was scientifically proven that this isnt true). However I heared Ralf Moeller, the german bodybuilder who played in films like gladiator (? Im not quite sure if he was in that movie but I think so lol), say that he wasnt on a really strict diet or anything ,but that he didnt eat before he went to bed, because he didnt wanna gain fat. Actually I think the first thing is probably true though, cant really tell for sure. However everytime I dieted I did eat a meal before going to bed (not a big one though..you dont eat "big meals" when youre on a fat loss diet anyways) and everything worked out the way I wanted it to. So I suggest you eat before u go to bed, but dont eat a really big meal or anything if you're unscecure about it...dont think it matters much tho.
