Eat 1 hour before you train, a couple of suggestions:
170g perch fillet
1 cup barley
170g baked potato
1 cup steamed green beans
Or
500ml Milk
1 Green Banana
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 scoops whey
2 tablespoons of oats
Can be prepared in a blender, but i use a jug and a bamix.
- Chop banana, blend
- Add oats, whey & milk. Blend
- Add peanut butter, blend
