Where does one stop in the downward motion?
I've seen some online articles state/show that one should go down until their biceps and forearms form a right angle (ones fist is parallel to ones head more or less)..
and other articles state/show lowering the weight to where ones fist is about even wtih ones shoulders
Which is it?
