How long, on average, would it take to drop down to 10%bf, from ~14%bf?

This is assuming clean diet, adequate rest, 3 day lifting a week, 5 days of cardio a week, etc.

I know it's individual, but there should be some time frame.

I dropped 3-5%(caliper margin of error is 2% give or take) from 13-15% to 9.5% in 4 months of dieting w/ minor cardio. Just cut off 99% of carbs with the exception of egg carbs 5-7 hours prior to bed,it takes time but definitely works! Good Luck!

There ways of losing fat very fast but a lot of muslce will be lost in the process and its basically saying that you don't have the patience to do it right.

Each whole egg has less then 1 gram off carbs according to the nutrition facts on the carton.

Yeah, less than 1g...which is trace carbs, which is next to nothing..could be 0.025g for all we know :) You're always gonna get a very small amount of carbohydrate in chicken etc, because there was probably some in the animal when if was slaughtered...and perhaps other reasons.

How I lost fat for a while (I was never fat, never got above 130lbs, but I still have the early-teen flab) was like this:

- ate at maintenance calories or slightly below
- cut off carbs 5-6hrs before bed.
- went on a few long walks per day.

I only did this because it was summer, hot, and I didn't have much appetite for some reason. I got cut like this, probably lost a lot of muscle (not that I had any anyway tho) as well. I'm not sure what I was doing was particularly healthy (calorie restriction for a reasonably long period), but I couldn't be bothered eating much.

Since I know you train, if I was you, I *wouldn't* restrict calories. You know how it's done, search for the posts by EFFORT and WBA :).

How much do you weigh? The more muscle you have the faster you can lower it.

Well, (this is aprox) 1g of carb = 4 calories
You can burn that by laying on the couch flicking the remote control.
