Hey guys,

Had a bad experience last time in a relationship with 4 years on off with a bpd, so this time, Im heavily screening.

Met a woman who at 42, is a couple of years older. Ideally I was looking younger as this one dont have much breeding time, but she is very easy to get along with, a great lay and i think would put up with my **** and she will inheret a couple of mil, which is something to look forward to with glee.

The trouble is.....shes a drinker...... She is good during the week, and has a good role as a head of department at a school, but when the weekend comes she "needs a drink" and from the couple of months ive seen her, she can drink ANYONE under the table....ive never met a man or woman whos been able to outdo me before, but this one can - even without the aid of coke.....

Had a very messy session over the weekend that was disasterous. Met her and her pal late on sat night....she was legless and out of her mind......her friend too, who i argued with, and when returning back to see the girl, she was dancing with a guy. Walked up to her, told her to fvck off and it was finished....she started crying and threw a glass of water over me ;)

she was cained though, and i was gone with her m8 for half an hour - she was bound to get chatted up as she is hottie.... she cried her eues out, and we went back to hers. Admitted she has alcohol probs, wants to fix them.

I know that this woman has a good heart - i like her. But do you think 1that she could change????? I have no experience with drinkers.....must of the other head cases ive been with have been sex addicts or psychos.... Your opinions please..........

I agree, and Ive been lucky in that ive never experienced someone with drug problems either. I dont do drugs, and absolutely dont accept anyone that does, thats a red flag, your off the pitch for me.

I do like a drink though, but this one "needs a drink" defo stems from the old chestnut of daddy issues (dad abandoned mother when they were 7, was a player and has had alot of women) shes only ever had one birthday card from him, and shes 42......

Just need some sound advice on this. She realises she is becoming a parody....and knows it cannot continue...... its not during the week at least, and we do spend time WITHOUT booze....but any major social occassion turns into a booze fest - and i want a mother for kids, which she has possibilities of being good at WITHOUT booze.......

Hmmm..... Wise words please gents

She drinks heavily. You don't. You don't want a heavy drinker. So you + her = disaster. She's also 42, so your chances of knocking her up are slim. She's also 42 and an alcoholic from what you describe (if it's as often as you say). Nothing wrong with drinking, even regularly, as long as it's controlled. She also 42, how long do you expect she'll stay hot?

Is there a reason you can't pull someone younger and statistically with less 'life experience'? Late 20s? Maybe even just around the 30 corner.

I recently broke it off with a girl who's about to turn 30 and has had drug issues (and one time when we went out went way overboard on the drinking). This may help clarify some things for you: http://sosuave.net/forum/showthread.php?t=198118

Get yourself a NORMAL woman for a change! Unless you think you don't deserve that...

Stay away from this one. She's good for pump and dump only.

How many red flags need to snap on the back of your head to get the idea?

An aging, alcoholic druggie with daddy issues and you're asking "can she change"

Sure she can change. If she wants to. At 42, if she wanted to change, she would have changed by now.
