So last night all of my friends were either out of town or at a rehearsal dinner for one of my friends that's getting married today (not a particularly good friend to me though).

So not feeling like heading out to the bars alone I called up my ex-oneitis just to see what she was up to. She invited me over her house as she had a few people over and were just hanging out drinking. I said maybe I'd stop by (I'm not particularly fond of the people she hangs out with). So an hour later she calls to see if I was coming over so I said screw it and went over.

So we're hanging out drinking or whatever. I'm teasing her and her friends about various things. So then I bust a crack about how she "gets around". She gives me the - "on no you didn't look" and then she turns to one of the other guys that was there and says "Drew do you think I get around?" and he hesitates (as I'm cracking up laughing) and says "Well, uh...not as much as you used to I guess." And that was pretty much it. Unitl five minutes later this girl throws a temper tantrum and locks herself in her room.

Her friend is like "Ronin, (exoneitis) is very upset at what you said and she wants you to leave." So I go over to her door and try to open it - she's got her dresser pulled over in front of the door so I can't get in. I call out to her and she's like "I hate you and I want you out of my house." So I'm like "Alright fine", and I say goodbye to everyone and I leave.

This girl is so ridiculous it's amazing. A week ago I meet her out (unannounced) at a bar for her birthday and she's like "Ronin, I'm so glad you came, you made my night. You know I love you.", and this week I make one teasing comment and she hates me.

What a fvcking wackjob.

Ronin, probelm here is all of the people there who dont understand that she just wants attention will see you as an *******, which leads to them not inviting you to praties/bars in future.

I used to get thsi **** all the time, i still get some.. best advice is to just mellow a bit. call them on their bs but dont try to make fun of her all the time ( i know it is hard )

The truth of the matter is that some chicks can take **** like that and some can't. I never get upset when my guy friends rag on me because I can dish it out just as much as they can. I think if a girl is going to get so upset at a comment like that there's a few possible reasons...

* she is a total drama queen and is too sensitive and can't take a joke
* she didn't realize it was a joking comment, so either you sounded too serious or she has a limited sense of humor
* she likes you more than you realize (she did say she loves you) and by making a joke about her getting around it hurt her feelings more than say, if one of the other guys made it

Damn, you've been reading some old threads. No thankfully it was just a scare (I think she was a little too rough with her teeth while she was schlobbing my knob) .

Anyways after that whole experience I am trying to be A LOT more careful. I'll never forget that sinking feeling I had when I looked at my johnson and saw what I immediately thought was some kind of sore . It was not a good feeling at all.

Of course it is never my intent to hurt your feelings. I honestly forget how sensitive you can be sometimes – particularly when you are drinking and particularly when it is ME teasing you. I wonder if these tantrums of yours aren’t some sort of bizarre test to see if I’ll tolerate this kind of behavior from you and/or whether or not I still care about you. Nevertheless inviting me over to your house only to subsequently kick me out over one freakin’ comment is disrespectful and I do not tolerate disrespect from anyone. For the record I have no desire to get back with this headcase - I do kind of still care about her (in a big brother type of way) and I generally try to take the high road and be the "bigger man" when I have an argument with someone (even if I feel they are completely in the wrong).

Yes myfriendblu - I understand where you are coming from. Truth is I kept her around as a "friend" initially because I wanted to get back with her. But as time passed I slowly realized what a headcase she is.
We rarely speak - sometimes over AIM - that's really it.

Her and I won't really be hanging out anymore. She's worthless.
