Hi all
I am 21 and 5 11" , weight 150 lbs.I am originnally from Africa but i go to college in the US. I normally consider and think that i am skinny, on almost everytime i look at myself in the mirror. I think that my ideal weight is 170-175 lbs but i think it will be very hard to gain muscle without the big 2.So is there a way that i can gain the weight without the big 2. The dr said i had Chonradoma(?), something about the knee cap being scrached by the femur. Is it possible to bulk in this situation?

Ask your doctor about the following exercises:

rack deadlift, barbell row (instead of the deadlift)
good morning, leg press, hack squat (machine) (instead of the squat)

They're not as effective but over time, if you keep getting stronger you'll keep getting bigger! :)

Interesting condition u have:

A chondroma is a benign cartilaginous tumor, which is encapsulated with a lobular growing pattern.

Tumor cells (chondrocytes, cartilaginous cells) resemble normal cells and produce the cartilaginous matrix (amorphous, basophilic material).

Characteristic features of this tumor include the vascular axes within the tumor, which make the distinction with normal hyaline cartilage
