Dowloaded photoshop, need help.

So I downloaded photoshop, and I opened it and all that, but I don't know what I am doing. The readme file says this:


setup.exe. Enter the serial number provided when required.
Serial:
After install copy all files from "\crack\" dir in program dir and overwrite!

Note: don't do something stupid, like try to register the software online.

I got up to the serial number part, easy enuf, and got the thing installed, but then it says I have to register online or it will not work anymore. I have a few days, and it will remind me again, or deactivate the program I suppose. And I guess that is where the second half (after install copy all files ect ect.) comes in. But I don't get it!

I'm such a girl. :whistle:

Call customer service and tell them you're not sure how to use serial number you downloaded, those tech support guys know how to fix all this crap.

LOL. A lot of these cracked programs don't work anyway. Best bet is to buy it somehow.

It works great, actually. I am just worried about it deactivating or shutting down, if I don't register in within the required timeframe.

Anyone who actually knows the next step, and how to "overwrite" so that I guess it doesn't ask me to register anymore?

First off, shame on you for downloading Photoshop illegally.

But if you need a serial number for CS3 extended, PM me. :D

I "borrowed" CS3 but have it fully registered and functioning. When it tells you to copy cracks. open the crack folder and select all of the items and COPY them. Then find the program folder ( C:/program files/adobe photoshop) then paste on top of the folder. When it asks if you want to overright the files in the folder say yes to all.

Done.

Ok i will just try that. There are like only two things in there though, compared to all the sh!t that comes w the main photoshop folder... but I guess whatever I overwrite will take care of the problem, I guess. I hope. Thanks.
