Dont Know What To Eat.Help!!!

im lifting for a couple of weeks, i work so i dont have time to cook, and at work im "forced" to eat bad. What would be a good diet for a lifter.What foods / drinks are good ones. Also please bare in mind that are people that cant eat at home because of work.

one more question about sleeping. i usually dont sleep the 8 hours, because of insomnia do any of you guys have this problem and how to get rid of it.

Hmmm, try taking food to work!! Make something healthy, like eggs, with natural HUMAN heart!! :D Anwyays eat more vegetables, eat candy bars!! candy bars give u energy that u will need for lifting!! Drink MILk, u need all the calcuim u can get, eat cerial in the mornings, and try not to eat afte 9pm. About sleeping! IDK I sleep about 7-9 hours a day, not counting the weekends, on weekends i slepp for about 12 hours:D!!! Go sleep early, put some nice music that helps u sleep, i recomend "ENYA"!! Good luck

I can't get why someone that wants to bulk shouldn't eat after 9pm.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because your body has a lack of nutrients because you have been sleeping and have not been eating. Eat:

1 Bowl of Oatmeal (oldfashioned oatmeal in can, not those little packets)
-put cinnamon and raisins in it

6 Egg whites
- I usually eat 1 yellow out of the 6 whites, but never more

Power Smoothie
-blueberries
-1 banana
-1/2 mango
-almonds
-ice

Now I'd also recommend putting whey or soy protein or some createin into some of those foods.

I usually finish off breakfast with some green tea.

my breakfast this morning:

100% Shredded Wheat, 2 biscuits
.5 cup of 2% Milk

ON Whey Protein Powder
1 cup of 2% Milk

Of course I'm dropping weight, so that's only about 475 calories.
But thow in two slices 100% whole wheat toast, some sugar-free jelly, and you're up to 675 cals easily.

The truth is your going to have to figure out a way to get the food in.

Pack beef with you, grind some oats and pack how ever many you need to get your requirements met (this could mean 5+ cups of oats), pack a lot of whey (if its a long day and u really can't get food in there that might mean packing 8+ servings of whey), bring nuts, olive oil if you can handle it. Just do whatever u have to do to meet your nutrition requirements for that day, it probably won't be neat and pretty but just do it.

My bfast this morning....

4 eggs scrambled
3-4 oz. cheese
some onion
salsa
sour creme
1 cup cottage cheese
a couple glasses of green tea
