Dont have enough energy

I cant seem to make myself want to do my leg workout. Whenever i take the time to do it right this workout feels great, but recently after i do 3 sets i start yawning over and over. My workout goes completly downhill after this starts happening. Is there anything i can do to help get my energy level up enough so i can finish my workout.

Its about mentality. Think about anything inspirational or pissy to get your adrenaline running. If it doesn't work, go buy some ammonia and sniff it for guaranteed adrenaline.

lmao I just found this hilarious. As I've sniffed some crazy ammonia in my time. lol


I know wat u mean. Sometimes you just get into slumps where you don't wanna work out or other things. Its a mild form of depression. Don't worry though.
My best tip for you is to use your imagination. Just think about going to your school, the mall, or wherever. Imagine yourself going up to this really hb. Hit on her, talk to her, mack her hot ace! Think of all your senses, her pretty voice, her perfume or herbel essence hair, how her skin feels (gotta us alil kino), how her lip gloss tatses.This works like a charm for me.


Hey if worst comes to worst. Just watch some porn, but don't spank it. That'll get ya worked up. You could even make it like a goal, if you do a complete work out, u can wank. Just dont make a habit of it, if you havent already :p

Make sure your diet is good. You might not be eating enough or your protein/carb/fat ratios might be off.

Also make sure you're getting the right amount of sleep (8-9 hours). Oversleeping can be just as bad as not sleeping enough.
