You are partially correct. WE people are prob not nutrient deficient. Again yes, there is still no solid verdict. Though there was, now they are changing it and still debating it. Of course, the argument is that taking a multi is necessary if you're working out because working out creates an excess demand for minerals...but I eat a lot...and my diet includes vegetables, lots of them, which are loaded with minerals.
I'm thinking of discontinuing my multi and seeing if I feel a difference...
