I am sure gym can shorten your life if done wrongly.

There are also knowledgeable guys that probably make it to their favor like Arnold Szwarceneger.

However I know some that passed due to gym and some heavy supplements

so what are the top gym things that can shorten your life?

1) Taking drugs

2)Going too intensively

3) Having heart conditions (related to too much intensivity)

Not feeding yourself (food/diet) properly, and not using the right brand/food = Choosing what to eat, and it goes to the company who manufacture the product is vital... I almost died when I changed my Oatmeal ''loveoats'' to Oatmeal ''quaker''... just the brand change had changed my diet and I was underfeed for the intensity of the workout giving me heart issues... problem solved when I went back to my old brand

I know 3 people who had heart attacks at the gym, 1 person who died... 2 were marathons/ironman casual, 1 was overweight

4) Pushing over the edge of your limits

5) Lack of Breathing during the exercise

Here's conditions about what can kill you at the gym:

1. Rhabdomyolysis

2.
Electrolyte imbalance

3.
Exertional heat stroke

4.

Hypothermia

5.

Dehydration

6.

Steroids

7.

Weights (amount)

8.

Diet

9.

Mental Insanity

10.
Hormonal disbalance

It can be the fountain of youth if you do it right. If you do it wrong, it can wreck your body (like it did mine).

I do gym. It's easier and loads of fun to take away stress.

I gym abt 3 X per week and each session is abt 2-3 hours max.

Never taken any steroids or even supplement.

Aim is to be stress free and being fit for whatever activities I'm into.

Not into bulking up nor in it for looking good.

Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.
