I know they have healthy food there but there's so much wierd food there. I want to know which of you eat there and what is good there. What's cheap, tasty and healthy over there?

So far I like thier stuffed chicken. It's only $2.59 and it has 34 grams of protein with almost no fat.

What else is good there?

I like the wild king salmon they sell frozen as well as the frozen chicken breasts or the grass fed beef.

If you want to buy frozen prepared foods, get it at TJ's. They don't use any chemicals in them.

Experiment...

Personally, I don't shop at Trader Joe's. At this point, my budget wouldn't allow me to shop there.

But they definitely have real quality food... most of their stuff is organic, so it's a great payoff instead of the processed food which tends to have chemicals that don't work well with your body's normal method of digestion.

I would think that it'd be a great opportunity for you to build a relationship with some of the grocers over there, especially if you're planning on frequenting... it's a small store, they usually recognize their patrons. Ask around and see what'd be good... you could definitely narrow it down to what would make a nice dinner combo/lunch... etc. etc.

Just know at least the ballpark type of food you're looking for, you don't want to waste someone's time by going through the whole 1,000+ item catalogue with you, plus you subcommunicate that you're at least aware of what you actually want.

Happy shopping!!

Ya... I've had a pretty good burrito from there as well.

I get a lot of frozen fruits there, for smoothies. Good choices, and cheap.
Think a bag of frozen pineapple bitz, is only like $1.69 or something.

I also get some of their indian meals. Pretty good, although some of them are just mad spicy.

Outside of fitness... anyone try those carrotcakes!? lol... INSANE!
