Since I have been going to the gym I have noticed that Iam the only one in there that I have talked to that doesnt take any supplements. Everyone at the gym either takes protein, creatine, or amino acids. The only difference between me and them is that I notice is their weight, they gain it,I dont(they gain around 4-5 pounds for every 1 pound I gain). Granted it would be nice to gain more weight, but I still get stronger and build up more mass. I eat alot of protein in my foods, eggs, meats, cheese and bread. Can anyone decribe to me what exactly a creatine would do for me? Is it worth the time and money to obtain and use it?

Protein in shakes is more important than creatine.

If you've got extra cash to burn after getting protein, then consider creatine.

Proper nutrient timing is the main point. Research it. Seriously.
