i remember back in the day (circa 2001) i used to read his articles on askmen.com and think this guy was some kind of guru, eventually I got back into a relationship and forgot about it all.

Anyway, I was recently surfing some old sites for nastalgic purposes and I gotta say, his articles are still pretty entertaining. I still do enjoy his writing style and what not.

I've always like Doc Love's stuff. It's very geared towards an LTR though and even though most don't think they were the same person, if you read through 'The System' and then read Anti-Dump's machine.....there's too many similarities in my opinion.

Almost like the machine was a precursor to the system, but anyway that's my opinion.

But yeah, I kinda like his folksy style. I still read the system every now and then.

Some of his concepts however (such as having an LTR approach to women and getting the "home" phone number) happen to be dated. The dude needs to get on with the times. Solid advice for the most part but I also don't agree with putting on an act to try and keep the same ****ing woman happy. That's not gonna roll with many males.

I own his system. Reading his articles was like opening Pandoras Box when I first began learning this stuff. Just imagine, every mistake you've ever made with a woman being laid out in front of you.

I think he uses ghost writers from time to time for his articles because advice given in his articles will contradict his book at times.

I really liked how he teaches men to ignore what women say and instead go only by their actions. If you read anti-dumps machine it's almost a clone of the system.

I always wonder if doc love copied anti dump or viceversa, or if they happen to think almost the same independently. I listen to his radio show when i can. Some of the things are outdated like you guys said; he says that cell # is fine nowadays. But things like bottom line and reality factors, male and female traits havent changed.

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.

Some guys are looking for a LTR (with as decent a woman as possible), the system isn't a bad method to contribute towards that, same with anti-dump's machine.

His old school style could do with an update, but his principles are still sound. Especially for the newcomers to this stuff, hell it's how I found this forum back in the day.
