These thugs basically said they decided to kill someone because they were "bored" - something that probably the same reason that a lot of so-called psycho serial murderers do so as well. This got me thinking that what probably is that these thugs were just sexually frustrated and the little tiger deep down in men (i.e., the male counterpart for the female's inner hamster) directed them to do something to show their "bad boy" cred so that their frustration would end.

And of course, the hamster will not let them down, as I can see these guys now getting marriage proposals as they do life in prison, for being being famous for being a bad boy.
