These girls are younger, so I was wondering if they might meet up to the high standards of SoSuave. Do you think these girls are hot, or at least attractive?

They are clearly still in high school, i live in a colleg town and they'd have a hard time just passing as freshmen if they went here.

but they aren't exotic enough to be 8's. to me to be an 8 or above you hve to have very unique features or exotic features.

They look like your typical college girls. They look to be 8's to me. I highly doubt they'll look anywhere near as attractive without dolling themselves up. On top of that they're annoying. EDIT: The fact that they evidently think they are "hot" (instead of cute) just goes to show how warped girl's self-estimation is these days, which is something we talk about a lot these days. And you know why? I guarantee each one of these broads has quite a few orbiters constantly buoying up there inflated self-estimate. A vicious cycle indeed.

Guys here hate that girls have options, but it's just the way it is. You can say these girls self-estimate is overinflated, but if they can gather that many orbiters, then that probably does reflect their actual dating market value.

I know guys on SoSuave tend to minimize and criticize any girl's looks. But
even if you say these girls are only average (for their age), if they know how to work it a bit and have some "game", there's little doubt they can have guys all over them. If they really have all these orbiters, I'd say their self estimate isn't all that warped.

It's like complaining about a pro athlete's salary. If that's what the market will bear, it doesn't do much good to complain about it. The guy's going to get his money anyway. Similarly, a girl who keeps her figure is going to have her options with the opposite sex. It's just the way it is.

while i understand the point you are trying to make, the example is way off.

the NBA player's salary is determined, because NBA players are the best athletes in the world. There aren't very many 7'0 guys who are extremely coordinated and cat quick with basketball skills. there might be 50-60 in the entire world. Thus, that's why NBA players are the best paid athletes in the world on avg.

The problem here, is that the guys are putting ***** on the pediastool and because of that, the guys are inflating the price o value of ***** themselves, even when there really isn't a shortage of good hot young ***** out there. The guys who lack game, will cling to any cute girl or attractive girl who pays him the slightest bit of attention, thus making her feel like she is worth more than she really is. It's not that there is a shortage of hot women.

in short, this is a male perception problem, not a unique quality / market driven problem

I agree the girls aren't that unique, but there are a lot of guys out there. And not everyone lives in LA. Here in the midwest, there's no need to keep your beach body year round. I've watched countless genuinely hot girls turn into blimps at a very young age.

The guys who lack game, will cling to any cute girl or attractive girl who pays him the slightest bit of attention, thus making her feel like she is worth more than she really is. It's not that there is a shortage of hot women.

The girls who can keep themselves attractive will get the orbiters, plus have the PUAs hitting on them. Also, it's part of girls' "game" to mete out enough attention to the less experienced guys to keep them around.

Again, not everyone lives in LA. I've never seen a fat girl with orbiters. If a girl is attractive, she's going to have dating value and options. No matter how "common" you may say they are. Yes, she's going to have AFCs putting her on pedestals, but she's also going to have PUAs hitting on her.

The pickup gurus seem to be putting forth a lifestyle where you pick up a new girl every week. They're going to need a lot of women to go through at that rate.

The analogy would've worked if it was Heidi Klum or someone in the video because that level of physical attractiveness is maybe about as rare (relatively speaking) as a guy with NBA-level talent.

In fact the whole analogy is pretty workable, but the sexual marketplace has something the economic one does not:

ONEITIS.

99% percent of people are not insanely dedicated to a brand of product that they absolutely can't have. If Ford suddenly had a shortage of cars, and it lasted (so the product was effectively unobtainable) then even the people that really wanted the Ford will buy another car pretty quick. They aren't going to start walking.

However, AFCs in the form of orbiters continue to "pay" for the product (via attention and ego-validation, the currency accepted by females in the SMP) for a long, long time without procuring ownership or any benefit of said product. This is where the economic capitalism model fails for the SMP. And thus, yes: I do blame the AFCs because they are suckers and are contributing to the decline of western civilization.
