I think nerds will always be at the bottom of the dating pool, regardless of feminism. What feminism did is that they expand that chasm into something greater than the waistline of these nerds combined.
There's nothing wrong with being passionate about your hobbies, which is what all nerds are. Their lack of social skills, and lack of interest in things outside of their own hobbies, is what makes them at the bottom of the dating pool.
What I think that really puts these nerds into a place that nobody wants to be is the Western culture. American culture, at least, values beauty and physical talents more than talents of intelligence. Dancing, singing, showing muscles, backflipping will get you more popularity than solving calculus.
I was raised in a third-world country, in which intelligence is valued more than these. Skills in dancing? What good is that for when the entertainment industry is considered contemptible business? Showing muscles? Half of the country is starving. You were lucky to have something to eat. You simply can't get by just by being good at juggling or skateboarding. In America, you can be the Tony Hawk! Over there, the village will mock you for having nothing better to do but skateboarding. Better tend your farm, grow something so you can feed your family.
But when you are showing those flying colors in your school reports, girls will actually like you. No kidding. Intelligence is sexy over there. It gets you places, invited to the palace (white house), get paid to travel abroad, and hopefully some pretigious international university will give you scholarship. Turn your life around, and earn more money than your parents can. That's power, and women love it.
I came back one time, and my cousin told me how Intel just recruited some smart girl from the country. She invented some battery stuff that can be recharged in less than a minute. That kind of **** gets the national news attention. Never heard of that in the good ol' America, even though Intel is an American company. All I heard is how Dancing With the Stars went down last night.
For those of you who have spent your entire life in America, or any developed nation, understand the opposite mentality that this society is having. It's so easy to live in this country, that it's turning its population upside down. No wonder men are castrated. Women have more power than men. Juggling can earn you more money than being a soldier. Grumpy cat owner can earn millions just for having a cat. Do stupid **** and complain on YouTube videos can make you famous.
What are the things that men can do better than women? Physical activities, and the ability to focus on just one thing for a long time. Those two qualities have been taken away from men in the Western. You no longer need any physical activity to live, and your intelligence doesn't mean ****. The country doesn't care how many integrals you can solve, because the country has stopped trying to achieve. It just feeds off the system that's already there.
