I've been noticing a lot of news blurbs like this about Indian men gang raping women, and it got me thinking.

It's a well known fact that Indians do a lot of sex selection abortion, resulting in a huge dearth of females, and thus also a lot of very sexually frustrated men. As a lot of men there are defecate-into-the-water-supply dirt poor, and thus cannot even hire what I presume must be extraordinarily cheap "services", I figure that they have been raping women just to get relief from their frustration.

The Chinese also have this demographic problem, but as they have a strong, if brutal, employment sector, they probably can afford to hire a pro, so we don't hear much about rapes there.

It's simply the latest feminist MSM placard issue. Due to various factors, India has had lots of religious and ethnic violence over the years to present, most of it against men, which utterly dwarfs any "gang rape" problem there. In a country with that many people, there will be pretty much every bad human behavior imaginable (just like the U.S.) We hear about whatever is the politicized media grist du jour. Google "religious violence in India" for a real social issue over time as opposed to a hyped feminist placard-op.

Now rape cases are to be fast-tracked through the overburdened court system there (I guess murder, theft and assault cases will have to wait). But that's okay, obviously problems which affect womyn must always take first priority.

India has a lot of problems. Rape is not one of it's most pressing. How about we start with poverty, poor infrastructure, poor access to healthcare, poor access to education, lack of basic sanitation and corruption first?

You know how the media is. Women's and children's issues are top priority. Murder, theft, and assault cases will wait unless of course, there's women involved. Also, the media is heavily in women's favor.

I read an interesting book called "The Blank Slate," by Pinker, and in it he covered the "rape" issue.

According to generally accepted dogma, rape is always about "control."

But in the above mentioned book, showing statistics etc (that I can't recall off the top of my head) and making some logical assumptions, Pinker showed the VERY politically incorrect idea that most rapes, regardless of where they occur, are first and foremost about satisfying a frustrated sexual desire.

I would say having a HUGE amount of unsatisfied and frustrated sexual desire is an obvious consequence in countries where women are selectively aborted.

As an aside, I had a friend (older Japanese woman) visit India recently, and in part of her tour, they went to several small villages.

She said most of them were purely male, and it was incredibly eerie.

I'm about 1/4 Indian, and boobs you hit the nail on the spot, every single Indian dude I've become acquainted with is super super AFC, just have a look at the bullcrap their movie industry churns out every year.

I am so glad my great granddad moved from that country so many years ago ............ and guess what he didn't marry a Indian woman, guess he knew what was coming in the future.

Hadn't seen that before, wow. One heartening thing is that if that were to take place on a U.S. show in the early mid 90s, same exact result. Today, though? I don't see the guy getting attacked and beaten, not in the U.S. anyway. Things are getting better here inch by inch, whether that will osmose to other cultures just now getting their first taste of the reality of feminism, or whether they will have to endure the whole 50 year poisonous cycle, is an interesting question.
