Not at all. However, since I visited a couple of escorts back in 2014, especially this Columbian escort named Suzy where I basically "hugged-groped" (ie hugged her thick nude body with her breasts against my chest, smelled her hair, groped her bum, and hugged her VERY hard and squeezed and pressed against her).

There was one cashier lady I established a "Hug" relationship with back in 2019. She would ask me for hugs and I would hug her. I initially hugged her when she had a Christmas costume on. I put allot of energy into my hugs and usually rub my nose against her face and smell her in when hugging her. I think anyone I manage to hug is usually every open and friendly with me from observation and it's not a big deal to go for any other close (ie number or whatever) if they are willing to do that.

The article, however, doesn't say it has to be a sexual hug. You could also be hugging your pillows. Sometimes I may play a female commentator, on youtube, that looks decent and intelligent and hug my pillows while listening to her. If you have a love-doll or sex-robot then I guess you could do that to them too. Therefore, like fapping, if you can hug yourself, a pillow, or get a sex-doll and hug her, than even incel-tier guys get enough hugs according to that article. As long as something is 100% under your control and you don't need a partner than it's incel-proof.

In general there are allot of pleutonic non sexual feminine energy options over youtube to feed on. Women put up vlogs, they are on news commentary, ASMR, you name it, it's like a huge menu if you want something that's not porn or sexual but want that type of connection that leads to hugging pillows.

The answer to the question is no. It's a lesser problem for incels. In general, incels are lacking both physical intimacy and emotional intimacy. As a result, they experience wide ranging mental and physical health consequences.

‘Cels are undoubtedly touch starved. They typically don’t have any outlet for that in their day to day life.
It's not just that, this tends to bleed into other types of interactions with women. It is like I give off a vibe that it's actually wrong to touch me, that it would mean something to me more than an average guy simply because I'm just not used to it. I remember a desk boss wanted to congratulate me but we could not even shake hands. It's like even an innocious type of touch feels like it would mean something because I'm not used to it and other people pick it up.

I know what you’re saying. While I’m not a big fan of “fake it until you make it,” I think it is important to at least TRY to act like it’s no big deal. That’s really important for work, female friends, etc.

My female friend doesn’t hug me, but she stands super close to me sometimes (just out of high comfort not attraction) so incidental casual contact is there.

I haven’t hugged or cuddled with a chick since the one I briefly dated in early 2022. She was also Columbian.

There are men in committed relationships that don't hug their girlfriends/wives 4 times a day.
