Do you think a man should try ReferenceMaxxing on OLD to impress women to date him?

I was reading this:
THIS lad created a hilarious Tinder presentation because he wasn't getting any matches - and he even asked his ex to rate him.

Rizal, a 22-year-old mechanical engineering student from Southampton, decided to boost his chances on the dating app with the unique move.
Called "why swipe right?", Rizal created a detailed presentation including references from his mum, sister, housemate, childhood friend and even his first girlfriend.

They include a five-star review from his mum, who jokingly called the lad "one of my favourite children".

While his ex gave him four stars, writing: "Not bad for a first boyfriend .Would highly recommend."
my opinion: A few generations ago, this would be necessary for a man courting a woman - but I think the odds are against this man carrying on his genes. :( Heck, even his sister is c0cl-blocking:
And he even included his sister, who only gave him one star, writing: "So annoying! UHHH".
It's OVER for BrotherCels.

I find it more sad than funny. Is it funny? Yes, to some extent. But the reality is that it screams validation which for men is a big no-no.

At the end of the day, you can only lure customers to come into your store but the question is can you keep them loyal to your brand?

By the way, what he did is not new so I don't find it creative. And needless to say, he is not a chad or doesn't have much going for him besides being funny and thoughtful so it will be hard for him to navigate the OLD life.

But aside from all that, I give him kudos for trying something.
