Lol, I finally made Master after being on 4 years in this site......feels sorta weird since they only rank according to how much you've posted instead of the knowledge you''ve passed on.

I like Roosh's message boards ranking system where there's more than 3 and there's a wide a variety of ranks you've go to through. I don't think the 3 ranks they've got out here in this board is enough.

What do yall think?

The automated ranking system is just built in the software and eventually even incels and autistic virgins become 'Master Don Juan' if they post enough, regardless of the quality of their 'masterly' advice.

I think they should remove the whole ranking, since pretty much 99% of the members of this site is an amateur.

The old rep system was very tight.

You we're repped by other user's 'like' on your posts, and that would raise your score system on a scale from 0 to 10.
It was very effective on knowing who was saying what, as users had this green dots bellow their user names.

Also you could not go on spreading reputation time and time again on the same user, this to avoid second accounts same repping.
That's why you can see in older posts users commenting 'Edit: you should spread some reputation before giving rep for 'x user' again', since they were saying that they repped a post, and when they would actually go do it, they had done it too much.

I actually don't know why they changed it tho.

Anyways, @Travel memoir21, I guess congrats is due maybe?

But on today's system, I kinda don't see the point tho, as we can see some users posting over and over again, just to reach said master level. This is just your ego talking.

What matters is real life, and how much of a master of it you actually feel you are.
