I buy the 100% wholeweat bread that is also very high in fibre... Read labels til you find one that has high fibre and is 100% wholegrain. Watch out for the calorie count, too... make sure there isn't alot of fat hiding in there.
High fibre is anything that has 5g per serving or so
As for junk food, I don't really eat it much... I may order some chinese food once a week or 2 and stop of at MacDonalds every once in a while.... But I never really have a dedicated cheat day. I eat well just about all of the time, and when I'm in the mood to feel disgusting I'll get some junk food.
Alcohol is my biggest vice... I know how bad it hurts your body, especially when you're trying to stay lean... but man I love pounding back some beers with my boys. I've cut my drinking down to about once a week.... not bad considering we're still in the summer festivities. At the start of summer I ws drinking 5 nights a week, and eatig poorly.... I put a stop to it when I started feeling like total ass.... not to mention I wasn't looking as good as before haha.
It's amazing how fast new fat will melt of of your body. You know, the stuff that you just put on in recent months? It's getting rid of the little love handles that I've had since highschool that are not goign too quickly......but I'm down to about 4 pounds left to lose. Almost there.
