I never really cared for the term "Don Juan", which would explain why I always use quotation marks when I use the term. I suppose that makes me the only person that has voted Pick Up Artist. Honestly, there's not much of a difference. I just prefer one term over the other.

"DJ's" are generally more self-righteous about being a "well rounded individual," yet 98% of the posts ask about how to deal with oneitis. Bit less nonsense in the PU community.

DJs focus on the inner game while PUAs on the outer game. You need to have both.
I think that DJs simply focus LESS on outer game...

I've been doing a bunch of PUA stuff, and never have I seen a better balance between inner and outer game, as opposed to what this board porfesses. Just because PUAs offer more routines and material doesn't mean there is more shallowness... A good PUA understands the need to control his own frame before anything else.

My 2 cents.

At this point you probably have a woman (or multiple women) chasing you around, calling you all the time, wanting to be with you. So let's talk about how to KEEP a woman interested in you once you have her. This is BIG! There is nothing worse than getting dumped by a woman that you really, really like.

As I see it, a PUA focuses on women while a DJ focuses on himself (being a "real man", controlling nature, living life). I'm so enamoured with the DJ concept because of what Pook laid out in his philosophies. That's the way I want to be.

I don't consider myself a DJ so much as it's what I aspire to.
