I have been working out hard for about 3 months and do notice some results. Before I started working out, I was not fat at all, but could of used some more defintion. I have noticed I have gotten more female attention (looks wise) that I did 3 months ago. I have not gotten plastic surgery or changed anything else. IT MUST have to do with my BETTER BODY! So, GET YOUR ASSES IN THE GYM!!
Now you won't have to get the chicks drunk to get some action. Just kidding, Mahon. Keep up the hard work, and good for you for not getting the plastic surgery.
Yeah..Going to the gym is the best thing any guy can do. It gives you soo much confidence, plus people do notice your body under your clothes and it makes it all worthwhile

I just started working out (been on a good routine for a little over a month) so this is good encouragement! So far I've been having a lot of fun doing it but I'm sure I'll reach a point where I will have trouble motivating myself... especially with dieting.
Once you start seeing results FLYGUY, you will become motivated. However, I know EVERYONE is different....but I would say it takes 2-3 months to start noticing some differences.
Word! I have already noticed SMALL differences, I'm just concerned about whether I'll be able to do this for the rest of my life. This IS a lifestyle change. If I go back to eating bad foods and slacking off I'll lose all that hard work.

Yea you have to stay strong my brother. I cut down heavily on candy, soda , fried foods and other stuff like Cheesesteaks. It is IMPOSSIBLE to not ever touch these things again, but just treat yourself ONCE in AWHILE. I have been going for three months strong and realized it is becoming more of a routine and HABIT. However, if you become lazy and the do not go gor awhile, the harder it is to go back.
You remind me of another previous poster called 'flyguy36363' or something like that, who'd get off by flashing his ridiculous man-tits all over the exercise forum.
He was hilarious, some HS boy with a fixation on getting ripped then searching for approval on this site. Latent homo-tendencies, I guess. *shrug*

toally the same jake. at first i was thrown off track when flyguy said he just started working out but then I realized its a different guy. I even remember that the other fklyguy posted his pics for us to see and say "wow, how many muscles" or some sh!t like that. but he did look very strong though, Ill give him that.
Having a decent body is like a chick with big t!ts. You always get looks. I love it !!
Have you noticed you even look good in rags? I mean, I feel sorry for fat guys who buy expensive clothes thinking thier gonna look good. They need to get a clue.
Ooh yea. It's always nice to hear "you have nice arms!" or "do you work out?" or "how much weight have you lost?"
Could be my imagination but today walking to my table at lunch I felt eyes undressing me as I walked by. How terrible it is to be looked upon as a piece of meat!
The first time you get some chick feeling you up on the dance floor and complimenting you all night....that's enough motivation to keep your ass in the gym for the next year.
