Enough is enough. You do attract gay men and older women and that's all you'll ever attract. That image you posted of the woman is the holy grail of what you'll ever be able to achieve and it has nothing to do with your appearance.

i did have jaw surgery. still have weak jaw. **** genetics i guess.

guess what its not all bad. its guys like me that makes guys like you stand out. For good looking guys to exist there's also ugly guys, so it's not all in vain.

You can't fix your face. You can't FIX ugliness, FEATURE it. The best option here is to improve yourself in fields where you can, go work out, develop your skills, etc. If you get girls then that's great and even if you don't, you didn't lose anything, right? You still look the same way and still don't get chicks but at least you've improved yourself. The only difference is if you try you might get chicks but if you don't you're not getting hot young chicks.

I've seen this guy around for 3-4 years. He got cheek augmentation, eye surgery, ear tuck, among other things. OP has a psychological disorder known as body dysmorphia, whereas an individual might indeed have a slight deficiency (like 99% of the world), but the individual exaggerates and understands it as a huge disfigurement. Accordingly, if he states he got jaw surgery, he did.

The only problem with all these surgeries is he bases his entire value on tiny physical improvements which would not likely have made a difference in his overall "game." The only surgery he forgot to focus on was his "psychological" surgery. At this point, after hundreds of these kinds of posts under multiple handles, I don't think OP has much chance for recovery.

i did have jaw surgery to correct sleep apnea. its' called a maxilo mandibular advancement (lefort i + bsso), it was only 5 mm advancement so of course you dont see anything i didnt say it worked out to get a chiseled jaw and i didnt even get a genioplasty even though i asked for one. its not for aesthetic purposes either because jaw surgeries are considered aesthetics whilst MMA is covered by insurance. If anything the Maxilla advanment made my face more chimp like and flatenned/enlarged my nose. nothing to be proud of.

If you dont have the genetics to have a chiseled jaw or if you didnt have the surgery while kid you wont get those sharp angles in adult unless you do a chin wing. so should i blame my **** genetics or my father maybe?



i hate being called a liar. it was a small change but you can see my nose changed, my lips and mouth changed and maxilla brought forward and i look more chimp like. as for the jaws if they werent developed before you will only get those with jaw implants or chin wing. remember it a was minor 5 milimeters counter clockwise jaw rotation without chin advancement. Tell me dude i would i lie to you? look jaw surgery vs chin wing or jaw surgery vs jaw implants if you are interested.

T above 700 mg/dl will augment your masculine features including jaw, chin, and neck, due to increased water retention in the muscle bellies. Seek a HRT doctor for blood work; regular physician cannot handle this.

Your thinking and behavior are trademarks of a man with low T. There is a fine line between psychological disorders and physiology. I do believe one acts upon the other. I advised you to check these levels years ago.
