Animal, you are not going to the right parties. Hot chicks definitely party. In my experience (and I've been out of school for 2 years now) this is how it goes.
Bars:
Typical tavern-style bar - Ocassional HB walks through door.
Hottest girls are always the bartenders.
Bar w/ dance floor - More HB than regular bar but they're always with some massive group.
Trendy club - Plenty of girls here. You can bet the ones that are there like to go clubbing all the time. Usually college aged.
Parties:
Ghetto/college house party - There are never many opportunities here, the ratios are the worst of anywhere. I'm guessing this is where you've been all week.
Nice house parties - Usually in someone's parents house or the rich kids' places at school. Better looking girls in college are at these.
Okay I think, and this is purely an educated guess on my part based on observation, that the greatest concentration of HBs is in places where money/exclusivity is a factor. For example, people's beach houses, cottages on a lake, downtown clubs where there is a large cover and transportation is expensive, house parties in the richest parts of town. Getting into these is difficult though if you don't come from a background of wealth.
In my opinion there is an extremely strong correlation between wealth (perceived or real) and physical attractiveness. I think most people are in denial about this.
