I'm sorry to tell you that this isn't going to work.
For starters, the person who attempted to get the DJ Chat on 'StarChat' is far more esteemed than you. Thus, people are highly more likely to join his than yours... Thanks for putting out the effort, though. Great job taking the initiative and starting up another DJ Chat.
Also, if enough people had wanted to do this, wouldn't they have already joined up in StarChat? I suppose that by creating yet another "DJ Chat" you expect a rapid influx of interest, with people clamoring to join the channel (which you own, of course...
)
In economics terms, what you're attempting to do is equalize. It's for this reason that you don't have 2 Wal-Marts a block away from each other - they don't generate any new revenue, they just split the old. I think we'll stick to the original DJ Chat - not that anybody really joins it anyway, but still.
Lastly, please stop bumping your thread to the top. Let it die the natural death it is supposed to, on its own.
Also, shouldn't this be moved to "Suggestions and Feedback"? I see no new ideas nor contributions inherent in this thread.

Yes, The Offical chat is getting back really soon.
I just got internet connection to my place again and I'm able to keep the channel up.
There was some convo last night first time in like 2 months.
