One of the biggest parts of being a Don is self improvement, and over the past four months I have let myself go in this category. I have been focusing on school, not getting enough sleep, not doing laundry enough, not working out, smoking, masturbating, and drinking.
My plan is to completely turn that around, starting with my schedule. I want to update it so that I use my time more wisely and use my time for my studies better, get enough sleep, and budget my time wisely enough to accomplish all of my goals.
One big big portion of my self improvement that I want to fix is my physique, at the moment I am 5'9" and roughly 145 lbs. I have always been naturally athletic and used to be a runner and took weightlifting during high school. My senior year my bench press max for 1 rep was 200 lbs near the end of the year. However because of the fact that I have fallen into several bad habits lately my body is somewhat behind and it is going to take a little while to get it caught back up. So I am giving myself 1 month to get rid of the old habits and begin getting my awesome body.
My goals for lifting are first 1 month of cutting weight so that I can get more cut, I would say I am probably around 15% body fat at this time. Then I plan on coming up with a 3000 calorie diet with 150+ grams of protein a day and lifting Monday, Wednesday, and Friday next semester.
One of my problems with this is my limited finances, I'm a college student so I don't have enough money for an expensive protein diet. I will pretty much be limited to Peanut Butter, Eggs (Boiled, fried, or scrambled) , Tuna (sometimes), Milk (Is Whole milk the best?), A decent whey protein for someone on a budget! (Need advice on this) Sweet potatoes, Oatmeal, Venison (Lean red meat?), Greek Yogurt (sometimes), Salmon (sometimes), and sometimes cottage cheese.
Then for the other categories I want to completely catch up on my school work! Getting a degree is a big F****** deal for what I want to do as my career choice so I need to buckle down. I need to study more and use the time I have to study more wisely.
I want to stop smoking weed as often because of the fact that it lowers testerone and distracts from my studies (at times it also helps however) Also I want to start saving a little bit of money from my work and I know that if I kill the weed habit I can save a good bit more money for other things.
